Inspection services in the following areas:
Home Inspections
include inspection services for 1 to 4 family homes and
town houses as prescribed by the Texas Real Estate Commission
(TREC).
Commercial Property
Inspections includes inspections associated with commercial
properties such as Retail Outlets, Warehouses, Store Fronts,
and Office Buildings. These properties usually
require additional inspections to address the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
New Home Construction Inspections includes a
periodic group of individual inspections for each phase of a
home under construction, from foundation to the finished home.
In some Texas Counties, this is a requirement.
Home Energy Audits
includes home inspections for the purpose of
identifying areas of energy loss and reducing utility
costs.
Infrared Thermal Imaging
applies the process of scanning a premises using an
infrared camera to detect deficiencies such as air leaks,
insulation voids and moisture intrusions which cannot be
detected visually. This process is included with all of
our inspections.
Our consulting services
provide help for the homeowner and /or builder to incorporate
energy efficient building techniqes into new construction
projects.
All
inspections include a comprehensive, clearly written report
indicating what issues were found. In addition, your report
will include a fully annotated photo album with all
deficiencies clearly indicated. The album is totally free
of any additional charges and may often exceed
60 photos. Finally, your report and album will be
delivered to you, usually within 24hrs of the inspection,
by email, CD or hard copy, at your discretion.
